“Murph”
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 Push-Ups
300 squats
1 mile run
20/14 vest
Partition the pull-ups, pushups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with the mile run. If you have a 20lb weight vest wear it.
When Lt. Murphy was alive he called this workout “Body Armor” he did it weekly. This year we again honor his memory by performing this workout in remembrance of him and all other servicemen and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
Even though this workout is grueling, we are blessed to have the opportunity to complete it now. It is a privilege to be alive to honor a selfless man like this one. Join us for a potluck immediately after.
