30 Shoulder Taps in Plank Hold

AMRAP 12:
10 Single Arm KB Push Press (5 each arm)
10 Goblet Squats
10 Single Leg KB Deadlifts
*Each round increases by 10 reps until time expires. (20,30,40....and so on)
*Kettlebell may be substituted with dumbbell or other weighted object.
